Challenge:
To understand what non-experienced users of InDesign would need to do with the templates that were being created for them, and translate that into more easy to use templates, albeit with complex features like nested lists, tables of contents and navigations. 
Solution:
I helped the design agency re-create the templates so that their complexity was built in and didn't need to be understood by the users – it "just worked". I created a training program to teach the different levels of users what they needed to know, so that their brand implementation went swiftly and without incident.
